Business process automation

Your tools. Working together.

Connect your forms, CRM, apps, and reporting so your team spends less time copying information by hand. We build workflow automations and API integrations around the way your business works, including the exceptions that need a person’s attention.

Start with what you know. We’ll help with the next step.

Let’s work out
what’s possible.

A practical starting point

Start with one process that keeps repeating.

The best starting point is often a specific handoff. Map the routine work, keep people involved where judgment matters, and make failures easy to spot.

01

Lead to follow-up.

For example, a website inquiry could create or update a CRM record, assign an owner, and prepare the next action. Duplicate checks and clear ownership matter just as much as moving the data. This is an illustrative workflow; we scope it around your systems.

02

Request to delivery.

Connect intake forms, project records, task creation, and status updates. Decide which steps can happen automatically and which need a person’s approval, especially when the process changes a customer record or triggers an external message.

03

Data to a useful report.

Bring agreed information from business tools into a consistent reporting flow. Check definitions, missing fields, and refresh timing so the result answers a real question instead of creating another spreadsheet someone has to maintain.

The details that matter

Make the handoff dependable.

An automation needs more than a happy path. We work through these details before recommending a simple connector, an existing platform, or a custom integration.

Ask about your project
  • Triggers and source of truth

Agree what starts the workflow and which system owns each record. Plan how to handle duplicate or out-of-order updates.

  • Access and API limits

Check the systems’ integration options, permissions, service plans, rate limits, and any restrictions on the data.

  • Exceptions and recovery

Decide what happens when a field is missing or a service is unavailable. Make retries and failed items visible to the right person.

  • Human review and handover

Keep approval steps where they matter, document how the workflow operates, and agree who maintains it when the process changes.

Before we get started

A few
good questions.

Ask your own question
Do we need to replace the tools we already use?

Often the first step is connecting existing systems. Tell us which apps are involved and how your team moves information today. We’ll check their integration capabilities before suggesting new software or custom development.

Should we use an automation platform or custom code?

It depends on the available connectors, business rules, volume, permissions, and maintenance needs. An existing platform may fit a straightforward workflow. A custom API integration can help when the required behavior falls outside those connectors. We’ll explain the tradeoffs and ongoing costs.

Can AI be part of the workflow?

It can be useful for tasks such as classifying an incoming request or preparing a draft for review. We first look at the quality of the inputs, the consequence of a wrong answer, and where a person needs to approve the result. Not every repetitive step needs AI.

How do we choose what to automate first?

Pick a frequent task with clear rules, consistent inputs, and an identifiable owner. Walk us through one real example and the exceptions. We can then compare the implementation effort with the time and mistakes the process currently costs your team.

How do you quote automation work?

We look at the systems involved, the number of steps, access requirements, exception handling, and support needs. A focused first workflow can be scoped separately from later improvements. Share the process as it is today; a diagram or technical brief is optional.
